How to recover access to your account if you've forgotten your password.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" below the sign-in form.
Enter your registered email address and click "Send reset link". Within two minutes, you will receive an email from noreply@exchanger.io with a secure reset link.
The link expires after 30 minutes. If you do not act in time, repeat the process to generate a new link.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. Also verify you are using the exact email address associated with your account — if you are unsure, contact support.
After clicking the reset link, you will be prompted to choose a new password. Use a strong, unique password — at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. A password manager makes this effortless.
