Our moderation team reviews and resolves the vast majority of disputes within 24 hours of the evidence submission window closing.
Simple cases — where one party has clear payment evidence and the other has none — are often resolved in 2–4 hours.
Complex cases involving large amounts, conflicting evidence, or suspected fraud may take up to 72 hours. These cases are escalated to senior moderators.
You will receive a push notification and email when a decision is made. The resolution is applied instantly — funds are released to the appropriate party.
During the dispute period, please remain available to respond to moderator questions via the in-dispute chat. Non-responsive parties are typically ruled against.
