A guide to gathering and presenting evidence that leads to fast, fair dispute resolution.

The quality and completeness of your evidence is the single biggest factor in how quickly a dispute is resolved. Here is what to submit.
Proof of payment: a screenshot of your banking app or e-wallet showing the transfer, including the amount, date, recipient, and transaction reference. If your bank provides downloadable transaction PDFs, these are even better.
Trade chat history: our moderators can already access the full in-trade chat. However, if you have had any communication with the counterparty outside the platform (Telegram, WhatsApp), provide screenshots of those too.
Timeline notes: a brief written description of what happened, in order. "I sent payment at 14:30, marked as paid at 14:35, seller read the message at 14:40 (shown in chat) and has not responded since."
Do not submit: screenshots you have edited, partial transaction records, or unrelated chat history. Altered evidence will result in immediate ruling against you and may lead to account suspension.
You have 24 hours from when the dispute is opened to submit evidence. After that, the moderator will rule on what has been provided.
