Yes — if you disagree with an initial dispute ruling, you can submit a formal appeal within 48 hours of the decision.

To appeal: go to the resolved trade and click "Appeal Decision". You will be prompted to write an explanation and upload any new evidence not previously submitted.

Appeals are reviewed by a different, more senior moderator who has not been involved in the original case. The process typically takes 24–48 additional hours.

The appeal decision is final. We do not offer a third level of review.

Appeals with no new evidence or no substantive new argument are dismissed without further review. Only submit an appeal if you have evidence or information that was not available when the original dispute was decided.
