We've rebuilt the dispute experience from the ground up — faster resolution, better evidence upload, and real-time status updates.

The old dispute flow was functional but clunky — a modal that let you submit text, a manual email thread with support, and no real-time visibility into what was happening. Today we are shipping a complete rebuild.
The new Disputes Dashboard is accessible from inside any active trade. It shows a real-time timeline of the dispute: opened, evidence submitted, under review, resolved.
Evidence upload now supports files up to 50MB (previously 5MB), and you can submit multiple files at once. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4 (video clips up to 30 seconds).
Moderators can now send clarifying questions directly in the dispute thread, and you will receive a notification when they do. This has cut average resolution time from 32 hours to under 18 hours in our beta.
The dashboard is live for all users now. If you have an open dispute, refresh the trade page and you should see the new interface automatically.
