Exchanger uses a maker/taker fee model. Makers are users who create offers; takers are users who respond to existing offers.

Makers always pay 0% in trading fees. This is our policy to incentivise liquidity creation on the platform.

Takers start at a 1% fee on the fiat value of each completed trade. This fee decreases as your 30-day rolling trading volume increases:

• $0 – $999: 1.00% | $1,000 – $4,999: 0.85% | $5,000 – $24,999: 0.70% | $25,000 – $99,999: 0.55% | $100,000 – $199,999: 0.45% | $200,000+: 0.40%

Your fee tier is recalculated every 24 hours at midnight UTC. Volume is counted in USD equivalent, regardless of the fiat currency you traded in.

There are no separate deposit fees, withdrawal commissions (beyond network gas), subscription fees, or monthly charges. You only pay when you complete a trade as a taker.
