Every active trade has a response timer. Once you mark payment as sent, the seller has a fixed window (usually 60 minutes, shown inside the trade) to either confirm receipt or open a dispute.

If the timer expires and the seller has done neither, the trade automatically escalates to our moderation team. You will receive a notification and the trade status changes to "Under Review".

Our moderators will review the evidence already present in the trade — chat messages, uploaded receipts, payment references — and make a decision within 24 hours.

To speed up resolution: before the timer expires, try pinging the seller in the trade chat. If they are still unresponsive, click "Open Dispute" manually and upload your payment proof (bank screenshot, transaction ID, e-wallet confirmation).

In the vast majority of auto-dispute cases where the buyer has clear payment evidence, funds are released to the buyer. Frivolous or unclear cases are investigated more thoroughly.
